PSP Minis May be Available on UMD
Date: 09-16-2009 Click: 1311In a recent interview between Developand Sony Europe, information has emerged detailing the possibility of PSP Minis being available for the PS3 and sold for retail in UMD format.
Said Sony Europe’s Zeno Colaco, who also incidentally won the coolest name ever award the other day.
If you haven’t heard by now, PSP minis will be bite sized games that will be downloaded from the PSN Store and will be no larger than 100 MB in size.
This is good news for developers as they may now have the opportunity to generate revenue from the retail market opposed to just the PSN store. It’s good news for consumers as well as the opportunity may now be available to play these mini games on your PS3 as well
